Refund policy

At Earth & Marver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your item. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options and our requirements.

1. 7-Day Exchange Policy

You have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size, colour, or variant of the same product, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns will be issued a store credit/voucher code for the value of the returned item(s).

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, saleable condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Original Packaging: It must be in the original manufacturer's packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Included Components: All accessories, manuals, cables, and parts must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or order number.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@earthnmarver.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for exchange.

Step 2: Once you receive the RMA number and our returns address, securely pack the item with all its components and include your proof of purchase.

Step 3: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier shipment. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status via email. If approved, we will email you a store credit voucher code to use on a new purchase.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@earthnmarver.com with photos and a description of the issue.

In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will arrange for an exchange or issue a store credit at our discretion.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and digital licensing reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or faulty:

  • Smart Home Devices: Units with removed or damaged warranty stickers, physical damage, signs of tampering, or opened consumables (e.g., air purifier filters).

  • Kitchenware & Appliances: Any product that shows signs of use (e.g., food residue, water stains, scratches on surfaces) or has missing accessories/packaging.

  • Gaming & Software: Opened video game software, downloadable content (DLC), activated digital codes, and products with physical damage or modification.

  • All Products: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance," goods received outside the 7-day window, and products without valid proof of purchase.

6. No Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances. Approved returns will result in store credit only.
