Welcome to Smart Tech By Earth & Marver! The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Company” refer to Earth & Marver Pte Ltd, operating under the trade name "Smart Tech By Earth & Marver". You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the visual appearance, including colours, may vary based on your device's display settings. We do not guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We may be unable to accommodate order modification or cancellation requests after an order is confirmed.
Your purchases are made for personal, non-commercial use only and are subject to our Exchange Policy. We do not offer refunds.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our transfer of the items to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We offer exchanges for store credit only, subject to our strict 7-day Exchange Policy. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. Items must be sent to: 39 Woodlands Close #02-45 Mega @ Woodlands Singapore 737856.
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for exchange, including but not limited to: opened software, activated digital products, products with damaged warranty seals, used kitchenware, and items sold on clearance. Please see our full Exchange Policy for details.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without our express prior written permission.
The "Smart Tech By Earth & Marver" name and logos are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Our Site may include links to third-party websites or utilize tools provided by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these third-party materials. Accessing them is at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm related to your use of third-party sites, services, or tools.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. However, the contract for the sale of goods is solely between you and Earth & Marver Pte Ltd. Shopify is not a party to this transaction and is not responsible for any aspect of the sale, including fulfillment, returns, or product liability. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of our store.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices. As our store is hosted on Shopify, they also collect data to provide their services to us. Your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your own.
