Thank you for visiting and shopping at Smart Tech By Earth & Marver. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Within Singapore)

1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs:
We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders. The available shipping options and associated costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for any ongoing promotions.

3. Delivery:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will typically leave a notification card. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect the package from the nearest collection point.

• We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or for packages that are lost after the delivery status is marked as "completed" by the courier.

International Shipping Policy

1. Availability:
We currently ship to a select list of countries. Please see the list of available countries at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs:
International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:

• For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

  • Compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

• These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid directly to the customs authorities of your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

• Refunds will not be issued for orders abandoned or refused due to import duties/taxes.

Important Information for All Orders

• Shipment Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the courier's website.

• Shipping Delays: Occasionally, events beyond our control (such as weather, customs delays, public holidays, or global logistics issues) may impact delivery times. We will do our best to inform you of any significant delays we are aware of.

• Missing Packages: If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your neighbours and your property's security or reception. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us at sales@earthnmarver.com and we will open an investigation with the courier. Please note that this process can take several business days.
